I am going to go through all of my cupboards and get rid of any sugar that I find.

I was doing a zero sugar diet for a few years but it is slowly creeping back into my diet and now it is time to reboot and clear it all out of here! They put sugar in everything nowadays so you have to be certainly diligent when looking to keep sugar out of your diet. They sneak it in mustard, pasta sauce, bread, and a host of other things that my friend and I wouldn’t suppose have sugar in them. The local company neighbor of mine said he doesn’t eat anything in a box or a bag and only buys refrigerated fruits and veggies in the immense supermarkets. I am not that drastic but close to it, and now I need to tighten up my diet so I don’t get sick like I am now with this cold. I woke up beside my HVAC system running last week day and noticed my throat was starting to hurt. It wouldn’t have been such a immense deal if I hadn’t just kicked another frigid a month ago, so now I am going to change my diet and remove all sugars from the flat. I bought this up-to-date bread at the local corporation after my HVAC tech told me about it, but it tastes suspiciously sweet and I suppose they loaded it up with sugar. I’m afraid to look at the label but I’m sure there is a lot of sugar added to it. The heating tech didn’t know though.

That was almost 24 years ago plus I am so glad I got out of it when I still could because a lot of my friends are still stuck in their office tasks. The only thing I liked was designing air duct for the giant commercial Heating plus A/C device that my friend and I built, however most of the time I was in meetings or writing reports for the giant boss. My life is a lot unusual now being a musician plus a part time writer overseas, wow.

It isn’t a fun feeling when you wake up with a sore throat plus sinus infection after only a month of just getting over a exhausting one.

I broke down last Wednesday night plus got a chocolate ice cream cone from the store. It was entirely good however now my body’s heating up with a fever plus I am sitting next to my whole house media air cleaner trying to breathe in fresh air. This week I don’t have too much on the plate with this freezing plus I plan on taking it easy most of the day. However this past winter I went to the local mall here in my local area that was still around and going strong.

There are not too many malls left in the world due to the internet and modern technology forcing things to close and become all internet based. However this past winter I went to the local mall here in my local area that was still around and going strong. Possibly one of the only malls in the entire united states of america which is still doing just as good as they were 40 and 50 years ago! But the special thing about this mall in my opinion was the fact that they had really high quality heating! They must have dumped a ton of money into the most brand new and completely up to date commercial heating and air conditioning system unit in order to get the kind of heating that I was experiencing in here. Back when I was a kid growing up there was not even heating that was this good! So there is no doubt in the whole wide world that this mall has invested into the very best, the most brand new, the most up to date and the most high powered commercial heating and air conditioning system! I am sure that in the very hot summer time months of the year that the mall will also have top of the line and the most high quality air conditioning as well. That is just because they have a great commercial heating and air conditioning system unit. I give them high credit for doing so and making that type of investment due to the fact that the malls are becoming less and less in the world.

When I go to any store I like to have good indoor comfort. Especially in the super hot summer time months of the year where I live. I need to have a store that has great air conditioning if I am going to shop there because otherwise I will not be comfortable and have to leave there. I know that my local grocery store has real good central air conditioning in there and that I can always count on it being nice and cool in the hot summer time months no matter what time of the day I decide to go in there. That is the one thing I can really appreciate about my local grocery store is that they take pride in the indoor comfort of their customers and employees by having the very best in central heating and air conditioning. When I asked them out of curiosity what they have for a heating and cooling unit, I was told that they have the most brand new and extremely up to date commercial heating and air conditioning system. This was a good thing to know because it also told me that they did not invest in the cheapest thing that just happened to work well. They actually dumped a nice amount of money into the commercial heating and air conditioning system that they bought with the thought of having the whole entire grocery store in pure indoor comfort. This is the product of good business management and a very good place in general. Which is why I will always buy my weekly groceries here without a question in the world.

The heating and air conditioning system is working fine once again and I want to keep it that way

I can not believe the fact that my dog went and chewed up the wire to my central heating and air conditioning system! This is something that has never happened before, but now that the dog has done this I had to call the local heating and air conditioning company to send out a certified heat and a/c specialist to repair my central heating and air conditioning system. By the dog chewing up the wire it has caused my central heating and air conditioning system to short out on me. Thus not having any heating nor air conditioning in my home. The only solution to ensure this does not happen again would be to either put a gate around the central heating and air conditioning system and keep it locked up so the dog can not get inside it. Or, I just will not allow my dog to go out back and wander around. I have not decided yet what I am going to do. But for now since the heating and air conditioning company repaired the wire of the central heating and air conditioning system I will be keeping my dog away from the backyard all together for a while until I make a final decision. The heating and air conditioning system is working fine once again and I want to keep it that way. I do not want this new wire that they installed getting damaged as well! This heating and air conditioning system repair was a bit pricey thanks to my dog. I am not going to have to pay twice!
