Sickness go away please! I am tired of the recent struggles I have been having.

Having the flu, I am slowly waking up and beginning my workday.

I really do not have the energy to do much else, so it is somewhat convenient that I have the entire afternoon to focus on this task. I can take breaks when my eyes become tired and perform the labor slowly, and it will be completed by evening. I have a flexible schedule and can work whenever I want, so I can simply continue to work and the task will be completed on its own. Indoor air quality is my primary concern with this flu because I do not want the germs to spread into my roommate’s and make her sick. Therefore, I am constantly running my whole-house air purification system and hoping that the HEPA filter in it will detach any harmful particles from the air so they don’t reach her room. It is the worst when you’re sick and then you pass it on to your partner or roommate, so minimizing my exposure to germs is my top priority as I attempt to recover from this cold. My cooling and heating corporation’s owner is scheduled to visit me in three days, and I hope to be better by then so that we can spend a few days together. Let us see how robust my immune system is, as well as whether it can heal me in time to see a really nice friend. Now, I will clean my HEPA filter again.

Sometimes waking up can be the greatest thing in the morning. This morning I awoke to a pleasant surprise with my stock, which was worth $850 at one point but has since decreased to $485. It’s all just a game of chance, and I’m still $100,000 in the red, so don’t be too envious. Who knows what will become of this automaker, but at least they received a $100 million loan this week to increase production, so perhaps this is the beginning of my reclamation. If the corporation is successful, it will take me at least two or three years to recoup the money. As a heating and air conditioning technician for a corporation in my city, heating and cooling system work will be on the agenda until then. I am content to work for a few more years and wait for this investment to bear fruit, as I do not need the money at the moment. Even though I have the flu and a pretty severe fever, my mini-split air conditioning system kept me comfortable last night. To assist my body in overcoming this illness, I am sleeping approximately twelve hours per night, and I have four more days to recover before my acquaintance arrives for a visit. She is a cooling contractor who is presenting at a Heating and A/C system convention in a different neighborhood, and she plans to visit me if I recover in approximately four days. I’ve had this for three days, and I can feel it moving around within my body as my immune system attempts to eliminate it.

bedtime so he could get a good night’s sleep. I can attest to the fact that he enjoyed his sleep, but what a cool life he led in the end, with his lake house, numerous parties, and fun! He lived on a lake and fished nearly every afternoon, providing his family with an abundance of fried fish meals. My grandfather worked in the cooling industry when he was younger, retiring at 54 as a heating and air conditioning (HVAC) representative and living the retired life for 35 years before passing away at age 89. He had six children and a large number of friends who would visit him on a regular basis, prompting me to question whether or not I am living the correct lifestyle by not having children. My acquaintance who is a cooling expert told me that some people are separated for children, but those who aren’t but have them are typically unhappy about the freedom they gave up. I don’t believe I would have the time or energy to play drums and sing in a band if I was constantly working and raising a large family. In any case, I am going to the heating contractor’s store this week to see if they have any smart thermostats in stock, as mine is on its last legs and needs to be replaced.

My energy fluctuates as my body attempts to fight off the influenza infection I currently have.

I experience bursts of energy followed by periods of extreme exhaustion in which I want to sleep for hours on end.

Maybe I’ll write two more articles and then take a nap to reenergize before completing the last 30 minutes of work for the afternoon. Thankfully, I don’t have to go to the office and work for 10 hours on a tedious task while shivering and staring at the clock, hoping that 6 o’clock will arrive. When I worked as an engineer for this large Heating and A/C company, my afternoon duties included the production of air conditioners and boilers. I was making a lot of money, but I did not enjoy being confined to a cubicle all afternoon and writing reports while reading texts. Heating and cooling systems are a necessity in this world, despite the fact that I would rather be free and independent than perform the labor required to maintain them. I relocated overseas many years ago to pursue a career in music and comedy, and I’ve never regretted my decision. Despite the fact that I can’t cling to my mother forever and I need to live my own life because she will be gone one afternoon, I miss hanging out with her in front of her gas fireplace and chatting about life. Despite the fact that I believe I will learn to live without her in the long run, this will be a bitter pill to swallow. I wish you nice luck.

I must muster the fortitude to complete these stories this week, despite feeling a bit under the weather and finding it difficult to continue pushing forward.

I just ate some soup with pasta, and I feel a little better now that I have food in my body, as it has been difficult to consume anything with my sore throat. I have approximately an hour of work left on heating and cooling system articles, after which I can relax for the rest of the afternoon and play with my cats if I so choose. I must also complete my 15-minute yoga routine because my body is extremely sore and it would be beneficial for my muscles and joints to move a little. I skipped yoga yesterday in favor of a trip to the local pharmacy to purchase medication to help me get through this illness. However, today is Wednesday, and I believe that by Wednesday I will be almost 100 percent again, despite the fact that I will need to rest a great deal as my body requires energy to fight this cold. I have a cooling representative friend coming to see me on Wednesday, so I need to feel better by then so we can work on my heating and air conditioning system and get it ready for the upcoming summer. The weather is warming up, and it will not be long before I am using the component throughout the entire afternoon.

Things you miss while growing up and realizing how much you miss them when they are gone.

My father would often use the phrase “totally rinsed” to describe how something is shot or finished. As an example, if he was exhausted after an afternoon of water skiing, he would say, “Ahh, I’m totally rinsed,” or if someone was acting foolishly, they were “totally rinsed.” You never hear that, and I have no idea where the idiom originated, despite the fact that I believe I will never know because my father passed away two years ago and the secret is sealed for eternity. However, if you’re so inclined, you can use the idiom as well. Heating and A/C system cleaning is my task for the afternoon, and I am certain that by the time I get home from working on the heating device all afternoon I will be completely drenched as well. I miss my father, and I am still unable to accept that he will never return, but death is permanent, and I will have to accept it one afternoon. He spent the majority of his life working in the heating industry, performing a large number of boiler inspections over the years and establishing a thriving business in the process. I am now a musician and I am happy. I chose this path in life because making music and performing for others brings me a great deal of satisfaction. Who knows where it will lead me, although I am certain it will be more rewarding than the afternoons I spent cleaning ductwork for the cooling corp before switching to music.

My wife and I recently bought a brand new window air conditioner for the living room.

• We live in a part of the country that has a mild summer.

Sometimes temperatures reach 90°, but it is very rare and infrequent. Most of the time we experience temperatures that are in the 80s. I live up in the mountains, where it is regularly cool when they breathe. Summer temperatures here rarely reach 90°. There are a couple of days when the heat and humidity are unbearable. There’s no need for us to have central air conditioning, but a window air conditioner works very well. It keeps our home cool and comfortable while getting rid of excess moisture and humidity. Just recently my wife and I decided to buy a brand new window air conditioner. We chose a larger air conditioner than we previously had installed in the house. Our last air conditioner was 8,500 btu. The one that we bought this time is 15,000 btu. The window air conditioner was really easy to install. It took about 30 minutes and the machine looks great. It’s a lot larger than our other machine and much heavier too. We had to put a brace in the window in order to make sure that the machine would fit properly. The air conditioner has three different settings. There is a setting to run the fan and another setting to run the air conditioner. There is a third setting on the machine and that is a dehumidifier option. I can easily run the air conditioner to dehumidify if I am cooking or baking.

Changing the air filters on the HVAC unit in your home can help the indoor air quality greatly. When the air filter is clean, air can move through the system without trouble. The air needs to move through the system easily in order to properly heat and cool your home. When the air filter is clogged and dirty, your machine has to work harder to do the same job. When the air filter hasn’t been changed in a while, dirt and dust that has been built up can be distributed through the system. This dirt and dust can cause problems for the machine. If I bought an air purifier for my entire house, it would cost quite a fortune. I could buy a smaller air purifier that is portable, but it’s a lot less money to frequently change the air filter instead. The indoor air quality in my home is better than most, thanks to changing the air filter at regularly scheduled intervals.

During the winter months, it is cold and frigid.

We rarely have snow in this part of the state, but I can go skiing anytime I want by traveling 2 hours north.

There are about a dozen ski resorts in the mountain range and the elevation is around 5500 ft. The cold winter temperatures are a nice break from the summer, when we have to run the AC every single day. Warm temperatures usually begin in April and they last until october. We have a very long summer season in this neck of the woods. Before the summer season, I always make sure to have a full system tune-up performed on my AC unit. I call a company in the city that has flexible and convenient appointment scheduling and service 24 hours a day. The company doesn’t even charge anything for emergency after hours services. They offer a comprehensive maintenance special that includes all of the electrical and mechanical parts of the HVAC unit. Lately, the outdoor temperatures have been really nice and it has not been necessary to turn on the AC every single day. It’s only been around 75° and that is a totally comfortable temperature, and especially in june. Last year, it was 105 degrees at this time of the year and I like the break from the heat and humidity. My air conditioner likes the break too. The outdoor times have been really nice for the AC unit. I had to turn it on a couple of times last week, but I haven’t had to turn it on at all this week.

Every morning when I go to work, my dog gets up on the bed and lays down in front of the fan.

When I come home from work in the afternoon, my dog is usually laying in the same exact spot.

I’m sure she gets up from time to time throughout the day to drink and eat, but she really likes that spot on the bed. The spot is right in front of the fan and directly underneath the air conditioner vent. I keep the air conditioner system set at 75° during the day. I have the air conditioner set for a much cooler temperature when I am home. I bought a programmable thermostat to help me keep the temperature in the house exactly where I want it to be. The programmable thermostat allows me to set different temperature time zones. For instance, from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. the indoor temperatures are 75°. At precisely 5:00 p.m., the programming changes and the indoor temperatures are 72°. Even if I’m not home at the time, the programmable thermostat automatically changes the indoor temperature so it is cool and comfortable when I arrive home at the end of a long and hard day. Sometimes I wonder if my dog would like it colder in the house too, since she likes to lay in front of the fan all day. If I thought my dog was unhappy, I would probably adjust the temperatures, but I do like to save money and this helps with the monthly energy bills.
