Recently I have been taking a lot of tasks.

I am a replace teacher so I can take tasks as I want them.

I truly hold no set of responsibility. I always make sure to dress according to what I am going to feel the most comfortable in. I do not want to be too cold or too warm. That could go for a bad day. However, I was put into one classroom that was really chilly all day long. The classroom was so cold. I could not even change the temperature at all either. All of the adolescents had their coats on. I had my overcoat on as well. The thermostat was nowhere to be seen. I even called the custodian & he had not answered. It was so cold that it was really not good for all of us to be in there during the day. I felt like I was going to get sick from being so cold all day long. Everywhere else in the building it was rather warm. I feel that they need to figure out their heating & cooling situation. This room may need its own separate thermostat to control it if it was always going to be that cold in the classroom. I was truly close to calling an Heating, Ventilation, & A/C professional to come help me to be more comfortable in the classroom that day. However, that would not be easily adequate from the building administrator. I hope I do not sub in that room again anytime soon because I do not feel that I would be able to handle it easily well.

I have tried truly strenuous lately to get my household ready for family to visit.

It seems like everytime I try to do something, something else goes wrong! Just recently I was trying to clean the house, but as I was cleaning the house, I noticed that the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C system stopped working.

The household was getting truly warm. I thought it was just me at first doing all the cleaning. However, it was the household just getting truly warm. When I got them there, they realized that there was a crack in the refrigerant tank. The refrigerant tank had leaked all of the refrigerant out. There was nothing to help the air to be cold. So the system was putting moderate air right into the household now. He had to update the entire refrigerant tank. He also updated the refrigerant inside. After he did this, my buddy and I turned the system back on. My friend and I found that it was working well again! I could feel the cool air. However, I was behind in getting ready for the family to visit! Hopefully I would be able to finish cleaning in time. This whole refrigerant problem has truly set me back however am thankful for the repair I needed.

The house has been needing to be renovated for a long time now.

• My spouse works in construction so he could do all of it.

However, I entirely just wanted to redo the bathroom & the family room. My wonderful friend and I ultimately would have to take it slow. The first thing my friend and I did was upgrade the Heating and A/C system. My wonderful friend and I had it for about 25 years & my friend and I could tell it was not nearly as efficient as it used to be. Our energy bills were going up each month. The amount of overheated or cool air my friend and I would feel would feel less each year. It never broke down however my friend and I could tell that it was wearing down. My wonderful friend and I did not want the extra dust it was put into our homes & the HVAC ducts were a waste of money to upgrade at that point. Once my friend and I had the system installed, my friend and I could tell the major difference in our home. It was so completely odd in terms of the air that my friend and I had felt. It felt so much warmer & cooler. My wonderful friend and I weren’t setting our control component as high or as low. The energy bills went way down. I was glad with this change in the house alone. Everything else will seem like extra now.

Because they are able to go someplace in the RV, they just drove north until the weather was cooler. This was a temporary fix to their problem. When they returned home, they were able to have the air conditioner repaired. It was an simple fix and the unit lasted another year before it needed to be fully replaced.

I’m not exactly the best at cooking.

However, I really do enjoy cooking and finding me recipes.

I find these recipes online. I happen to scroll through some videos and I see the attached recipe. Next thing I know I find myself at the store buying things to make these new recipes. I try my best to make them but sometimes they do not turn out so well. Sometimes I burn them and sometimes they just taste awful. At least they look pretty though. When I burn them it is not the worst. Most people would be concerned about the smell that fills their home when they burn food. This is not the case for me though. I installed a new ventilation system. I turn it on before I start cooking to get the air moving. I do not want my house to fill with those burnt smells because they could last a long time. Instead, I turn it on and I never have a problem. If I burn something the smell is gone within twenty minutes. If I didn’t have a good ventilation system that smell could be there for a long time. Being a part of the school requires me to do different things.

This year I am apart of the prom committee. I am required to help with all planning and coordinating the events for the senior prom night. I think this will be fun because my prom was not that fun. I hope to make their prom the best it can be. One of the tasks was to go around and find the perfect venue for prom. There were many expectations and things we were looking for when it came to prom. We went to several different places. The first one had poor temperature control. The building was so warm. I couldn’t imagine anyone having any kind of event in here. I was sweating just being in there. I can’t imagine how the students would feel being there. They would be dancing and running around. They would really work up a sweat. If a building is going to be that warm, they probably shouldn’t rent it out at all. It did not look like they had anything going on and now I understand why. Temperature control will play a big part in this prom. Girls will be wearing long dresses and short dresses so while I want them to be cool, I also don’t want them to be really cold. The best way to control the temperature is to set the thermostat a few degrees warmer or colder than the temperature outside. This will also save you a lot of money. Make sure to keep your business or home at the right temperature or no one will want to be there.
