I have to mention that smart thermostats are an easily convenient way to run your central heating plus a/c. It is really the end of an era here in my local area. The heating plus a/c supplier that has been here since even before I was born is closing down. This heating and a/c supplier has been around for the last 50 years! Back in the days when central heating plus a/c was a new and rare thing only to commercial buildings and businesses. They used to maintain heating systems plus window a/c units in the old days of heating plus a/c, and then went on with the times as things progressed in heating plus a/c technology. They are possibly the longest surviving heat plus a/c supplier in a local area. They decided to finally close their doors as the owners are too old to run it now and the kids had no interest in taking over the heating plus cooling business. Sure, there are other chances to be able to have heating plus a/c home services in the area including many independent heating plus a/c suppliers. However, it will still never be the same as it was all these years. They became just a typical part of the area and community plus it was just a “matter of fact” kind of thing knowing they were there and opportunities are, you’d be calling them every single time you wanted to buy a brand new central heating plus a/c. Times change and things move on. And this is just another example of that.

I really had a major close call recently.

My central heating plus a/c plan was getting close to breaking down once and for all with no repairs possible. I knew I had to get a new central heating plus a/c plan but had been putting it off due to not having the money to do so. Things like this just do not happen every single day let me tell you!

The last time I had to stay at a hotel on business during the summer time months of the year it was good.

I have to say that I was pretty grateful that the hotel had some of the best plus top of the line a/c around! With the temperatures being well over one hundred degrees, it was easily substantial that the hotel had quality a/c in it, but otherwise I do not know what I would have done.

I may have gone out plus bought a portable a/c plan of some sort just to make it through, or I may have suggested that I be moved to another hotel by the supplier that I work for. But thankfully none of that had to come into play because the hotel had the easily best new and extremely powerful commercial heating and a/c plan unit that cooled the entire hotel plus the rooms! Again, I was easily grateful for this. I would stay at this hotel again any day after experiencing the wonderful indoor comfort that I did at this place. There is nothing like the most perfect indoor comfort at a hotel when it is super hot or super cold outside. You need to have regulated temperatures inside no matter what if you want to keep your clients cheerful in any hotel in the world. Some hotels do not do such a good job at this while others do. I was just lucky that I was able to stay at a hotel where they had everything under control.

Have you ever stayed at a hotel that had excruciating heating or a/c? I have a few times while traveling on business.

It is not a nice thing let me tell you that! It makes your stay easily uncomfortable.

As a matter of fact, I can remember one of the times I had to stay in a hotel that had excruciating a/c. What I ended up doing because it was so excruciating and I was there on business, was I went out to a local store and bought a portable a/c plan to run in my room. I could not leave the hotel plus go and find another because the supplier I work was paying for it. But with the portable a/c plan I was able to get by plus it was all ok. I have known others who have stayed at hotels with excruciating heating plus a/c. And they all said pretty much the same thing. Some did what I did plus bought either a portable a/c plan or a portable space furnace to make it have somewhat indoor comfort. I really guess hotels need to keep on top of things in order to keep people paying to stay there cheerful. It can eventually deliver a hotel a bad name if they consistently have excruciating heating or a/c. You never know how that can affect things. So if you are a hotel management person reading this, I would seriously make sure your heating plus a/c is working great!

It was a really hot day last Sunday.

We are talking well over one hundred degrees! Normally, all the people would not be so happy with this, even with some kind of a/c.

However, for me, I had recently invested into the most brand new, modern and easily powerful heating and a/c plan unit. Because of this, I was easily able to have a pretty nice plus smooth day at home when the hot plus cold temperatures were over one hundred degrees. I just stayed at home and enjoyed my central heating plus a/c’s cooling. I kept some of the blinds closed to help keep the sunshine out, but other than that, you would have no idea how hot it is outside if you were to have been in my home on that day. This is how good the a/c from my central heating plus cooling unit was doing. I really have to say that I am thankful that I was able to invest in such a high quality, top of the line and all so powerful central heating and a/c plan unit. It was not easy to be able to afford such a high quality plus super powered central heating plus a/c plan on the budget I am on. But I pulled it off through a heating and a/c payment plan with my local heating and cooling supplier here in town. And this past Sunday was the first time I really appreciated what I had gotten!

The one thing I have regularly wondered is if they will ever create floors that can cool your home.

Same concept as radiant floors except they are a/c.

I do not know how this can be done using the same heating plus a/c technology to save money on energy use, but I think there has to be a way! Imagine if you could have both radiant floors and air conditioned floors. This would completely eliminate the need for central heating and a/cs plus would save you a whole bunch of money on energy use all together. This would be the absolute best thing that would ever be created or introduced in today’s heating and a/c technology if it was to happen. I could be thinking the impossible here, but deep down I know there has to be a way for this to become possible. If they came up with all kinds of other amazing heating plus a/c technology I am almost certain they are experimenting with this idea I have in my head. I could not be the only person in the whole wide world that thought of it. There had to be more professional people in the world of heating plus a/c technology that has thought of this. At least I am seriously hoping so. Heating plus a/c technology is seriously due for something totally amazing like this as it has been a while since something happened like what I am saying.

I have been an independent heating plus a/c specialist for the last 10 years.

And one thing I can regularly pride myself on is the fact that I have never in all this time been late for a heating plus a/c appointment.

I take my clients easily seriously and will regularly ensure that I am on time and sharp to the hour. Unless it is an emergency heating and a/c maintenance call, I regularly can tell exactly when I will arrive, let the shopper know and I will regularly be there exactly at that time per hour or possibly even arrive a little early if they are open to that and available. This is why I have a nice supplier as an independent heating plus a/c specialist. Because I am known for my promptness and the quality heating and a/c home services that I deliver to my clients. I will regularly make sure that whatever their heating plus a/c needs are will be met. If there is the odd chance that I can not maintain their central heating plus a/c plan the same day, I will not rack up a bill making them spend a lot of money for me sitting there doing nothing. I will tell them the minute I find out plus be on my way, just charging them for the amount of time I was there. Even if it is only a lousy 40 bucks or something like that. Honesty and quality heating plus a/c home maintenance goes a long way!

I have to give my opinion on radiant floors after having them myself for over a year now.

I seriously know that radiant floors are the future of whole home heating. Right now the price of radiant floors are easily much up there and not all the people can afford them! But I think that in time, radiant floors are going to go the same way that central heating plus a/c did about 25 years ago! Which is that the prices will come down to where the average working class person can afford to get radiant floors for their home. It will be the way that all the people heats their homes in the future I think, central a/c will still exist for cooling until someone comes up with another more energy efficient concept, but the central heating plus a/cs will no longer be that, then they will be just stand alone central a/c units, then your heating will be taken care of from radiant floors throughout the home, and ever since I have had radiant floors not only has my energy bills been super low in the cold winter time months of the year, but also the way the radiant floors heat my home is like no other form of heating I have ever experienced. Everything is so warm with no cold spots in the home whatsoever. Also I have to say that the radiant floors deliver off a better form of heating than central heating plus a/c’s gas heating systems do.

I guess it is a scam to be honest

I was initially interested in going completely ductless for my heating plus a/c, but when I found out the cost of what everything would be I found that you have to be rich in order to even afford it! First off, you would have to invest in many ductless mini split a/cs if you have a big home like I have, and right there you are talking almost 6 figures! Then on top of all of that, you will have to have each and every one of those converted to a ductless mini split heating and a/c plan since they have not for whatever reason made ductless mini split heating plus a/cs. I guess it is a scam to be honest. I mean, if it is possible to call your local heating plus a/c supplier to send out a certified heat plus a/c specialist to convert a ductless mini split a/c plan to a ductless heating plus a/c, why can’t they just make them an all in one in the factory and save the consumer tons of money? I think they would make better sales and much more money rather than restricting such a thing to the rich only. It is the same concept as whole home air cleaners in terms of cost, so forget ductless heating plus a/c if you are not a millionaire or super well off. I know I have! I will just have to stick with my basic central heating plus a/c plan unit for the time being.
